Our Mission
The camp emphasizes these three areas:
self-worth, social skills, and overall knowledge
and skills of basketball and dance.
Promoting health and fitness through proper strength and conditioning training. Areas of development are core stability, eye-hand coordination, balance and body control, lateral movement, correct jumping and landing skills, flexibility, memory and reaction times off of commands. *Increasing self esteem through motivation sessions and positive affirmations.
Teaching the importance of respect for self and others not only during competition, but also in the classroom, and everyday life.
Demonstrating the importance of harmony by emphasizing teamwork through team scrimmages, games and team choreography.
Teaching the correct terminology and technique to the basic fundamentals of basketball & dance.
Highlighting critical thinking skills.
