Our Mission

 

 

The camp emphasizes these three areas:​

self-worth, social skills, and overall knowledge 

and skills of basketball and dance.



 

 Promoting health and fitness through proper strength and conditioning training. Areas of​ development are core stability, eye-hand coordination, balance and body control, lateral movement, correct jumping and landing skills, flexibility, memory and reaction times off of commands.    *Increasing self esteem through motivation sessions and positive affirmations.​

​

 

 Teaching the importance of respect for self and others not only during competition, but also in the classroom, and everyday life.

​

 

 Demonstrating the importance of harmony by emphasizing teamwork through team scrimmages, games and team choreography.​

 

 Teaching the correct terminology and technique to the basic fundamentals of basketball & dance.



 

 Highlighting critical thinking skills.
